Across the Resort we have two fantastic LEGO themed Hotels, 55 rides and attractions, 13 food and drinks units and 9 retail stores – welcome to a world of opportunity!

NEW for 2019 we have fantastic new payrates: starting at £7.00 per hour you could earn up to £9.00 per hour depending on your role and age, as well as the opportunity to multiskill and be trained across different departments meaning no two days will be the same! And we pay fortnightly!

Each department will tell you that they’re the best team to work for, but below is a brief overview of the exciting departments you could be a part of. When you apply you’ll be asked for your preference, but if you’re happy to work anywhere let us know!

You’ll also be asked to let us know your availability for shifts – try and be as accurate as possible as this will help us match you to the right team.

Admissions – Be the gateway to smiles, screams and satisfied faces! The first team to welcome our guests onto the Resort, selling tickets and upselling Annual Passes, helping guests through the turnstiles and working in the car park to wave goodbye at the end of the day

Guest Services – Make every experience one to remember! Whether it’s helping guests with disabilities to access as many attractions as possible, helping guests plan their day, or taking feedback at the end of the day, the Guest Services team ensure everyone has the best possible visit to the Resort!

Food & Beverage – Give the gift of terrifically happy tummies! Keeping our guests fed and watered in a variety of our Food & Beverage outlets across the Resort; ranging from buffet restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and carts and stands.

Retail – Give them a bagful of memories! Working in one of our 9 retail units, you can add the finishing touch to our guest’s day by selling them LEGO and souvenirs to remind them of their amazing visit

Rides & Attractions – Where making people scream louder is on your to do list! Whether you’re working on the iconic Dragon coaster or in a real life LEGO submarine, operating our rides and interacting with guests really puts the thrills into their day

Entertainment – Be the centre of every selfie! Bodyguard to the LEGO Friends, ushering our amazing shows and looking after our LEGOLAND characters both in the Park and in the Hotel, the Entertainment team keep the excitement alive every day.

Ground Operations – Make their first impression a memorable one! Keeping the Park spick and span for both our guests and teams

Hotel – Memorable holidays being with a 5 star experience! Whether you’re on reception or working poolside, you’ll be part of the team making their stay as awesome as the rides

Security – Where safety and fun always go hand in hand! Protecting the Magic by keeping our guests and staff safe

Customer Services – All calls lead to an unforgettable journey! Being the friendly voice for our guests needing help planning their visit or wishing to leave post-visit feedback

Warehouse – Delivering, receiving and storing all our stock
