Therapeutic Waking Night Worker

Position: Therapeutic Waking Night Worker 
Location: Bracknell & Reading, Berkshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 10:30pm to 8:30am 
Salary: £16,000 to £20,000 per annum

About the role: 

Swaay are looking for Therapeutic Waking Night Workers to provide excellent standards of individualised care and support. Successful applicants will display a positive and resilient attitude. They will act as a role model to the children and young people and will uphold clear and consistent boundaries. 

About you: 

You will display empathy, creativity and a sense of fun; and will have good communication and IT skills. 

You may have experience of the following: Waking Night Worker, Therapeutic Support Worker, Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, Care Staff, Young People, Residential Care Worker, Community Development, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour, Social Worker, Community Services, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Charity, Charities, NFP, Not for Profit, Third Sector, etc.
