Salary: Up to £28,215 per annum

About the role: 

Reporting to the Development Programme Manager the Assistant Project Manager’s key responsibility, as an essential member of the team, is to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on the successful delivery of the organisations development programme to build 8,000 new homes over the next 10 years. 

To project manage the delivery and administration of your own appropriate projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters. To deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders including new customers, Homes England, Local Authorities, internal colleagues, external consultants and contractors. Assist other members of the project team in project management and administration of their projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters. 

About You: 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with a built environment degree and relevant professional memberships being desirable. 

You will have project management skills, and experience of working within a prescribed framework with the ability to think creatively to resolve problems. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to liaise with other departments to ensure delivery of wider corporate objectives and produce accurate and concise reports; including cashflow reports. 

You may have experience of the following: Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Administrator, Project Admin, Project Manager Assistant, Project Management, Development Officer, Assistant Development Officer, Graduate, Housing Association, Social Housing etc
