What it's about

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Talent and Performance Consultant to work within our HR Talent Team. This role will be responsible for leading for our approaches to Talent, Succession and Performance Management across Cambridge Assessment. This is an exciting time of change for the organisation and this role will be instrumental in building on the Talent Management work already underway to help us meet our ambitious growth aspirations. You will be involved with new projects to continuously improve our current processes around performance.

What you'll be doing
  • To refine and implement our approach to annual talent mapping; including identification of talent, approach to communication, support for managers and utilising talent pools
  • Work with the Group Employee Experience Manager to lead significant organisational change initiatives that support Performance and Talent management
  • Working as a Product Owner, ensure that our Talent and Succession Framework is supported and enhanced by SuccessFactors, including leading on the change and implementation of any supporting modules
  • Work with the Organisational Development Consultant to support the establishment and practice of good Individual Development Plans and development for high potential employees at all levels across the Group
  • Work in partnership with all functions of HR, in particular the Global Compensation and Benefits Manager and HR Business Partners to align Performance, Talent and Succession initiatives to benefits, recognition and reward
  • To work with the Transformation team to support large scale culture change initiatives linked with the Talent portfolio
  • To manage our Employee Performance Development cycle embed the concept of continuous, high quality conversations across the Organisation
  • To lead a programme of activity to support managers and employees with setting short and long-term goals, linked with aspirations and business priorities
