Homes England is the Government’s housing accelerator, with the appetite, influence, expertise and resources to drive positive market change and meet the Government’s ambition to deliver 300,000 new homes a year.
We are using our land, money, power and influence to increase the pace, scale and quality of new homes – accelerating delivery in areas of greatest demand and helping create great places to live. Within the next few years, we will have invested over £27 billion across our programmes.
To deliver against these aims the organisation needs to attract and retain new talent.
The Recruitment Manager is a new role for the organisation and is central to the growth planned for Homes England as an organisation with a renewed and tangible mission.
It became clear in 2018 that the organisation would be looking to double in size given the demand on us from Government to deliver. Progress has been made, but what is essential for the next stages of growth is having specialist recruitment expertise and experience to support volume recruitment, introduce a flexible resourcing model and work with the team to transform our recruitment process and systems.
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced recruitment professional who can demonstrate real collaboration and creativity with the HR team.
