Part time; 0.5 WTE (18.75 hours per week)

What You Will Do

The Tutor (Health Psychology) post provides an opportunity to play a key role in contributing to the delivery and development of quality assured practice education and training for Health Psychology Trainees (Stage 2).

Employed by NHS Education for Scotland this post is designed to support the delivery and quality assurance of the NES funded Stage 2 (BPS) Health Psychology Training route in Scotland.

.What You Will Bring

You will be an experienced Health Psychologist (C.Psychol) registered, or eligible to register, with the BPS and HCPC. You will support close partnership working with key stakeholders, developing and implementing quality initiatives and projects as well supporting and delivering innovative practice education whilst ensuring continuity of the current high quality standards of training.

Experience of supervising Stage 2 Trainees is essential as is registration on the BPS RAPPS register. You should bring a knowledge and interest in health psychology practice education as well as excellent communication and team working skills.
