Position: HR Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Our Client is looking for a HR Administrator to work alongside the HR Manager/Advisor based in Hemel Hempstead.
To perform HR support and Administration to the HR Department and Leadership Team, payroll processing, benefits and training administration duties within the HR Department.
Payroll input, including staff changes, pay calculations, pensions and liaising with 3rd party providers.
Maintaining the HR filing systems and database, ensuring data is kept in line with GDPR requirements.
Perform general secretarial duties to the managers on an ad-hoc basis, scheduling appointments and meetings to included keeping company documentation up to date on a monthly basis such as organisational charts.
Arranging the companies training, researching suitable courses, negotiating fees, and ensuring training records are kept on the system and up to date.
Assisting the HR advisor with new starters, leavers and confirmation/acknowledgement letters.
Assisting with reporting of KPI's, arranging presentations, Induction days, and salary reviews.
Booking of corporate events, hotels and travel.
Supplying information on the HR policy in the absence of the HR Manager/Advisor.
Experience using HR or payroll systems
Strong Communication skills
Computer Literate within Word/PowerPoint/Outlook with Advanced Excel
High degree of numeracy and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
