Receptionist/Administrator - Part-time
Based in Milton Keynes, working for a prestigious company, this role is to provide high quality and efficient reception and administration services for the business. The hours are: Mon - Fri 12:15 pm - 17:15 pm.
Excellent people skills, confident & friendly with a good awareness of customer care, possess an excellent telephone manner. Able to answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Meet & Greet all visitors on site, responsible for all office security, ID arts, key/fobs and contractor passes. Confident with IT to include Microsoft Office packages, deliver administrative tasks, be organised with the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise your workload.
A varied and busy role, able to multitask, helpful, "go the extra mile/can do attitude".
