Job Description

Our client operates in a small village in South Gloucestershire and is a rapidly growing business, opertaing in a very nice sector. Through the solid experience of the team, the team has grown in recent years and hopes to continue expanding. This is an incredibly varied role and would be great for an administrator looking for a position that they can really get stuck in to. Performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for all department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.


  • Provide effective administration support to all teams
  • Minute taking
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • General office administration including booking hotel accommodation, hire cars, filing, and ordering of stationary
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Processing sales invoices, purchase orders, Purchase Invoices, Setting up new clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining an audit trail
  • Credit control/debt chasing

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
