  • £20k minimum salary, realistic uncapped OTE of £80-£100k, with high achievers earning over £100k

The Opportunity


As a result of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a high performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The successful individual will be focusing on winning new business, securing large and small scale inbound projects with international clients; as well as reaching out to secure new outbound business opportunities. Highly autonomous role, facility based in city centre office.

The right person will have:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities
  • Consultative, solution based approached to selling with ability to develop own sales processes
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to think outside of the box and make the most of the tools at their disposal.
  • Positive attitude, with an unyielding passion for success, achieving set sales targets and objectives
  • Extensive social and business networks
  • High standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities
