Our reputable client based in Northampton are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team due to overall company growth.

Duties Include:

  • Accurately coding, matching and inputting Invoices
  • Dealing with invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supplier Statements Reconciliation
  • Processing intercompany invoicing as required
  • Dealing with both internal and external customer enquiries providing the highest level of customer service at all times
  • Processing payment runs
  • Ensure purchase order procedures are followed
  • Supporting all areas of the Finance Department as and when required

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience working within a similar role and within a finance environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Desire to learn and develop professionally

Additional Info:

  • Hours: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Salary: £18,000 - 22,000 DOE
  • Due to the location a driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
