Credit Risk Manager - Doncaster
An experienced Credit Risk Manager is required to join our client, a Global market leading B2B Organisation.
The successful applicant will join the Order to Cash Leadership team to carry out a finance transformation programme to include the introduction of a Shared Service Concept, ERP deployment and review of efficiencies across the Organisation, both in terms of people and processes.

As Credit Risk Manager you will assume responsibility for overseeing the European Debtors Ledger, a multi million dollar ledger consisting of circa 20,000 live accounts made up of small value accounts to several million plus, high value account customers.
You will monitor existing and new European customers in order to provide the local teams across Europe with clear governance, extending credit to maximise sales while minimising the risk of bad debt.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills and a high level of diplomacy, you will guide and influence remote teams in Europe, working in a changing landscape in the shared service centre alongside colleagues and internal / external customers to gain their buy in.
You will act in the manner of a business partner, assessing situations from a commercial stand point and extending credit to existing and potential customers.
You will actively improve systems and processes, ensuring customer data governance is being upheld and redesigning the Credit Risk Process.
We are looking for a committed and passionate individual with Advanced Collections experience who has a minimum of 5 years Credit Risk Management, preferably with a large, International B2B Organisation and ideally experience of leading and motivating remote teams.
An individual who has had previous experience of working on a finance transformation project would be of particular interest.
Experience of working on an ERP system and advanced Excel skills are also highly desirable.
