Position: Bookkeeper 
Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire, OX11 0QX 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 15 hour per week approx. 
Salary: circa. £23,500 pro-rata

About the role: 

In this new role, reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be the trusted authority on bookkeeping; creating, following and maintaining robust processes to ensure accounts are meticulously maintained. Your responsibilities will include the processing of purchase invoices, expenses and purchase orders, the reconciliation of bank accounts, completion of VAT returns and dealing with HMRC requirements as and when necessary. 

Additionally, you will produce reports that will help support the senior team in tracking and understanding company spend. 

About you: 

You will be meticulous, with an eye for detail; a confident team-player with a flexible approach and proven experience in a similar role. You will also be confident in using a range of bookkeeping software; we use Xero, Expensify and Float.
