Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

Contract: 6 Month FTC, full time

Salary: Circa £25,000

What it's about

Do you have previous experience in HR Systems administration and are looking to expand on your current skills within a HR department?

The role of HR Systems Administrator will work closely with the HRIS Consultant to maintain the integrity and reliability of data held within our HR system, SuccessFactors and our document management system, DORA.

The HR Systems Administrator will be a key contributor to helping the HR team utilise the whole HR system to its maximum capability, driving efficiencies throughout recruitment, talent and reward. They will be the main support for the HRIS Consultant with HR System projects and activities.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain integrity, accuracy and reliability of data Success Factors EC/Time-off and Document Management, through table maintenance and scheduled audits and routine reporting.
  • Provide 1st level support for users of the systems with regards to processes and good practice.
  • Identify data issues and resolve where possible or raise technical cases where appropriate.
  • User testing for quarterly SAP updates.
  • Run routine and ad-hoc reports using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports.

The Successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment so will therefore need excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

They will have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience in database administration
  • Helpdesk or advisory experience
