Position: Learning & Development Administrator 
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands (commutable from Birmingham, Shrewsbury, Stoke on Trend and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 20 hours per week (13.00 to 17.00) 
Salary: £17,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the role: 

As a Learning and Development Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Senior Training Administrators and wider Learning & Development team. 

You will support the Training Administrators on a daily basis by handling incoming calls and dealing with incoming and outgoing post. 

You will be responsible for general administration of the Learning Management System. 

You will also input training information onto L&D databases, collate and issue training certificates, print and distribute training materials. 

In addition, you will cover other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning. 

About you: 

You should have excellent verbal, written and numeric skills with good attention to detail.
