We have just registered a fantastic full time permanent Reception/office Administration position based in central Harrogate with a well-known client!
They are looking for someone to provide competent and efficient receptionist services and a good "first impression" of the firm to those contacting the firm in person or on the phone.
Some of the main tasks are as below
To be committed to actively assisting the Firm achieve its business and other objectives.
To promote the Firm’s desired image to clients and others.
To keep information about clients and their affairs confidential.
To undertake a full range of Front Office and reception duties.
To take an active part in own ongoing development through relevant training activities.
To help operate the Firm’s Health & Safety Policy.
To work the Firm’s office systems as set out in the Office Manual or as otherwise required.
