We have just registered a fantastic full time permanent Reception/office Administration position based in central Harrogate with a well-known client!

They are looking for someone to provide competent and efficient receptionist services and a good "first impression" of the firm to those contacting the firm in person or on the phone.

Some of the main tasks are as below

  • To be committed to actively assisting the Firm achieve its business and other objectives.

  • To promote the Firm’s desired image to clients and others.

  • To keep information about clients and their affairs confidential.

  • To undertake a full range of Front Office and reception duties.

  • To take an active part in own ongoing development through relevant training activities.

  • To help operate the Firm’s Health & Safety Policy.

  • To work the Firm’s office systems as set out in the Office Manual or as otherwise required.

If you consider yourself as self-motivated, friendly with great attention to detail and would like to become part of a professional team then this could be the position for you. There is potential for this position to progress to a deputy role for the right candidate.

Looking to pay up to £19,000.
