This is a principle role with an innovative and exciting company, to manage, maintain and grow its business in the Medical, Defence and Agricultural markets, globally. Working closely with the Commercial Director to design and deliver the Commercial Strategy

This is what you’ll be doing

  • To deliver incredible, key stakeholder engagement with key accounts and target customers, across the full purchase lifecycle.
  • To ensure impeccable customer experience and product quality is delivered consistently and efficiently to customers. This role is accountable for the customer experience during the sales process from initial contact to post installation.
  • Accountable for the creation and delivery of the sales strategy for the medical, defence and agriculture routes to market.
  • Collaborating in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring.
  • Line management, coaching and development of direct report.

The experience you will bring to the team

  • Significant and demonstrable track record of developing business in either the medical, defence or agriculture industry
  • Selling into procurement would be desirable
