As the Head of B2B Sales, you must have a proven track record of building, managing and improving B2B sales teams in Enterprise SaaS, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of web, business payments, and the strategies around them. A minimum of 5+ years leading a sales team is required.

We’re looking for a leader that can:

• Improve and execute upon our business development strategy
• Hire, manage and motivate high-performing sales teams
• Define, implement and maintain our BD tech stack
• Create repeatable, predictable sales processes
• Create commission structures
• Demonstrate proven ability to close C-level prospects

A bonus, and commission package will included as part of your compensation package of this role.
