After an exceptionally profitable year in 2018, our client, one of the most successful private advertising and marketing companies in Asia, is expanding and looking for new sales professionals to spearhead their continued growth.

The client is based in Hong Kong but they have offices throughout South East Asia. The role is an office based, outbound sales role, so they are looking for tenacious, enthusiastic and persuasive professionals who can relocate to where the position is located. If you’re comfortable negotiating, an instant rapport builder and a proven closer, this could be the role for you.

The position comes with a complete relocation package including flights, accommodation, and a tremendous, very achievable, first year $75K OTE. Full and ongoing training is provided, with mentoring programmes, workshops and opportunities for true career progression.

Role Highlights:

  • Telephone based sales role calling prequalified, carefully selected clients. There is no cold calling in this role; however a background in pitching new business in a 360 capacity is desirable.

  • Closing business and meeting targets on a monthly and annual basis.

  • Dealing with various clients across multiple geographical regions within various industries.

  • Build and grow business relationships and the company brand as a whole.

  • A high energy, fast pacedand diverse environment.

Successful candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Office Based or F2F sales roles. Direct Sales, BDM roles, Account Management and Lead Generation are backgrounds that have translated well to this role.

  • Have a proven track record of negotiating and relationship building.

  • Be experienced in cold calling. Even though you’ll be working from prequalified leads, you’ll still need to show tenacity and resilience.

  • Want to undertake world class and ongoing training on the precise methods used by the client.

  • Be client focused and uphold the ethics of the company.

  • Have a full, valid passport with at least 6 months remaining.

  • A first year OTE of $75K that is very much achievable but is completely uncapped, with top earners making substantially more.
