Personal Assistant to Finance Director
LCR are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director/ Company Secretary. The successful candidate will be confident, positive and self motivated with an excellent secretarial skill set.
The Personal Assistant's primary duties will include:
- Extensive diary management including organising meetings, booking travel and accommodation;
- Dealing with and prioritising correspondence and phone calls; screening incoming phone calls and mail and responding to correspondence on behalf of the Director;
- Audio and copy typing correspondence, preparing Powerpoint presentations; Excel and transcribing; Preparing expenses;
- Liaising with board members and coordinating and distributing board reports
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of having worked as a Personal Assistant at Director level and will be willing to go above and beyond in order to meet the needs of the organisation when required.
