Italian Speaking Office Assistant
An interpersonal, Italian speaking Office Assistant is required to join a leading Tonbridge based company with the aim of providing professional and timely support for clients. Utilising your excellent communication skills, you will telephone or email clients to troubleshoot problems or queries and advise on the most effective course of action.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with clients
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of upgrades, new features and new releases
- Responding to requests in person, via phone or electronically, identifying situations requiring urgent attention
- Taking personal responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction
- Resolving product issues, walking client through problem solving process
To be successful candidates must be fluent in Italian, both written and verbal. This is a perfect role for someone with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to talk about technology with others.
