I’m working alongside a great company on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds who are seeking a Purchase Ledger / Payroll Administrator to join the organisation. As part of the role, you will be responsible for purchase ledger and payroll administration.

Duties will include:
• Inputting, matching and coding invoices to the ledger.
• Requesting purchase credit notes and dealing with queries.
• Monitoring orders for outstanding invoices.
• Checking supplier statements to purchase ledger and chasing any missing invoices.
• Setting up new supplier accounts.
• Preparing month end reports for Purchase Ledger.
• Preparation of payroll and related administration.
• Pension administration.
