Office Manager 

System1 are a Global Market Research business with ambitious growth plans and we are looking for an organised individual to maintain a pleasant working environment in the London office. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. 

Position: Office Manager 
Location: London 
Job type: Part Time, Permanent 
Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week 
Salary: £15,000 actual per annum

Responsibilities: 

- Addressing employee queries regarding office management issues 
- Assisting the Talent team with on-boarding processes for new hires 
- Assisting the Talent team to update and maintain office policies as necessary 
- Managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers 
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment 
- Replenishing office suppliers and liaising with suppliers 
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs 
- Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and building services 

About you: 

- Willingness to take on any tasks and juggle many tasks at once 
- Excellent communicator 
- Exceptional attention to detail 
- Willingness to take on responsibility 
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role 
- Experience in customer service would be a plus 

You may have experience of the following: Office Manager, Administration Manager, EA, Executive Assistant, PA, Personal Assistant, Office Team Leader, Office Supervisor, Administrator, Admin Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, etc.
