Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for a high-quality, fresh food focused pub, 7 miles outside of Brighton, near Hassocks. This small group pub-restaurants is individually styled, serving local, seasonal high quality food.
Our client is offering a competitive salary with long term career prospects in a well-established business.
Due to the beautiful countryside location of the pub; you would be required to have your own transport as public transport locally is limited.
Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
- Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
- A background in a BUSY gastro pub or similar
- Great cooking ability
- Thrive in the busy kitchen environment
- A great personality
