This role is paying £24K plus around £2-£3K in tips, OTE £27K
We are looking to recruit a Jnr Sous Chef for this 4* Cotswold Inn & Venue based in the amazing market town of Tetbury in Gloucestershire. The hotel is part of a very well established group,with other properties scattered around the Cotswold's. All of their properties carry a British theme both in the hotel and across their food offering.
We are looking for a Jnr Sous Chef for this amazing Gloucestershire property that has had exposure cooking with fresh produce within an AA Rosette environment. We are looking for someone ideally from a hotel or restaurant environment also. This company have a record of developing their chefs and with all their other properties so close to eachother, their is also room for lots of future progression. This is a 2AA Rosette standard restaurant with bar and room service too.
As their Jnr Sous Chef you will be working around 45 hours per week. They operate a combination of split and straight shifts on a 5 from 7 rota basis. The hotel sits right in the heart of the town, so if you are on a split, there is plenty to do to keep you entertained for a couple of hours, ready for an evening service.
Parking is also available at the hotel for staff and if required, they can also offer you live in at £50 per week!
