Role DescriptionYour key responsibility will be defining & implementing all digital marketing initiatives that will drive the success of our new eCommerce site. You will define the full digital marketing strategy (prioritising PPC, Paid Social & Email) and then lead the hands-on execution alongside the Operations team. Additional responsibility will include ownership over all social content (Instagram) and the affiliate & partnership strategy. You will work closely with & report into the Head of Operations & Company CEO.


  • You will be responsible for the entire marketing strategy & direction of the company
  • Drawing up a roadmap & defining time bound target goals for the new ecommerce site
  • Optimisation of all PPC and Paid Social campaigns through targeting, segmentation, bid adjustment, pricing, placements, etc.
  • Mapping out, implementation & optimisation of all retargeting strategies including set up of all email marketing campaigns
  • Weekly business reporting on key performance metrics
  • Maintain production and testing of ads and creative assets
  • Key input into marketing calendar based on company development strategy
  • Trial & scope potential new affiliate partnerships
  • Testing of website design features

  • Experience in at least two of the following: PPC, Paid Social and Email Marketing
  • Strong digital marketing experience from any industry including; eCommerce, retail, travel, media, finance, gaming, entertainment, FMCG, B2C, Consumer Goods.
  • Proven end to end examples of driving high growth within a company through Digital Marketing strategy
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience with relevant industry advertising tools (i.e. AdWords Editor, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, etc) and techniques.
  • Strong analytical & Microsoft Excel skills
  • A strong can-do attitude & bias for action – they will never say ‘that’s not my job’
