About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Co-ordinator to join our Sales team for Thomas Sanderson.

Key Responsibilities -

  • To administer all training and meeting requirements
  • Administration of all departmental mileage and expenses on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring in-house systems are kept up-to-date regarding Sales Designer details
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed, completed and adhered to (including kit return, credit card etc.)
  • Ensuring all invoices, petty cash and cross charges for Finance are coded correctly and authorised accordingly
  • Processing all stationery and materials orders
  • Ensuring that all departmental spreadsheets associated with the role are completed (commission, deals sold etc.)
  • Responsible for flight bookings and transfers
  • Electronic deposit scheme set up
  • Liaising and supporting with BDM’s regarding their resourcing needs
  • Providing reports on recruitment metrics and KPI data as required
  • Managing tasks associated with individual vacancies
  • Identifying sources of candidate attraction such as job boards, talent pools, social media channels and networking
  • Liaising with external recruiters and internal stakeholders

About you

The successful and ideal candidate will -

  • Have previous experience in working in a recruitment environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
