Role DescriptionDue to our rapid growth, we are currently looking to hire an ambitious and enthusiastic self-starter for the role of Marketing Manager for our London office.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand

  • Creation of on-brand, relevant and engaging content for distribution across online and offline channels.
  • Responsible for global alignment of commercial goals and brand messaging across key communication touch points, including company website, social media, online advertising, events, external newsletters and direct marketing campaigns
  • Be the creative brand guardian, ensuring all marketing materials are at the highest standard
  • Help implement and circulate any brand developments/changes to our global team to ensure consistent brand values, messaging and positioning across all communication touch points
  • Work with management on the global marketing strategy and oversee activities across all international offices and global partners (including UK, Germany and US), ensuring high quality execution through setting of clear KPIs
  • Work closely with senior management to develop targeted marketing activities/strategies to support new sales ventures/opportunities
  • Manage all conference and event preparation

  • Pinpoint new marketing channels/opportunities, including working closely with media outlets, implementation of new automation software
  • Identify opportunities for supporting imagery, infographics and video that simplify our messaging and relay complex processes and ideas in creative formats, and manage the process to create this content
  • Develop and execute editorial/media strategies for all ZigZag digital channels, including exceptional content for our website and social media accounts
  • Management and editing of weekly content creation calendar including discussion with all team members to ensure content is topical, seasonal and on-brand
  • Implementation of internal communication initiatives, such as company newsletters and new product launches.
  • Establish and nurture industry partnerships, including relevant media outlets, to broaden brand awareness
  • Management of Group PR activity, including press releases, event promotion, advertorials, partner relationships and social media activity

  • Oversee management of all company event activities, from running own events to attending and participating in industry events
  • Create and manage a presentation library, creating a core set of slides covering market positioning, strategic focus areas and core services and ad-hoc presentations required to support our spokespeople at conferences and events

  • Provide quarterly reports reviewing the success of global marketing activities against agreed KPIs including lead generation targets, and identify key learnings that will increase the effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Manage CRM system and build customer segments to target relevant prospects
  • Carry out other duties as agreed with the Managing Director
Your profile:

  • Excellent Copywriting skills
  • Perfect communication skills in English (native verbal & written)
  • Strong digital marketing and Google Analytics & Adwords skills
  • Ability to remain calm and communication whilst under pressure
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent soft skills and good team player
  • A strong interest in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics & Circular Economy
  • SaaS Experience is a plus
