We are looking to recruit three full-time Administrators within our Operations Division on a permanent basis. Cambridge Assessment International Education is one of the world's leading providers of international qualifications and assessments, operating in a rapidly expanding international market. The Operations Division is at the heart of the delivery of Cambridge International's examinations, ensuring that the assessment is administered and processed professionally, on time, securely and accurately.

The Results & Despatches team are responsible for despatching non-confidential and confidential examination material, issuing electronic and hard copy results and managing post results services such as enquiries about results, certifying statements and replacement certificates. The successful applicants will fill one position in the Non-Confidential team and one position in the Enquiries about Results team, and the 6 month fixed term position in the Confidential Material Team. What you'll be doing

Put simply, this role is about candidates and quality. You will be working as part of a team to administer examinations materials and results to candidates across the world. You may also be required, from time to time, to move between our offices in Cambridge and Whittlesford (transport provided).

  • Excellent written and oral communication
