This role is available full-time, as a job-share, or part-time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
What you will bring…
The right person for this role will have experience working in a creative marketing communications team, planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating content, managing product launches and email campaigns that dramatically improve how we communicate with customers.
You will work as part of multidisciplinary and collaborative team to deliver marketing campaigns based on research and insight. You’ll be adept at understanding and assessing customers’ or intermediary’s needs, behaviours and preferences and communicating in terms that reference these in the context of the proposition or product.

You are passionate about and skilled at:Understanding your customer’s needs, and bringing innovative campaigns to life that reference the insight gathered.Encouraging your team to become better marketers that produce great results.Work with propositions, financial promotions, agencies and data teams to plan and implement targeted campaigns focused on generating demand for propositions.Measuring the success/effectiveness of marketing campaigns through reporting and analytical toolsCampaign planning and business casing that shows the effectiveness and commerciality of the marketing plan using data to support the assumptionsProducing the collateral to execute the campaign including creative, written content, digital, ads, video etc.Delivering campaigns across all media channels and customer touch points such as digital, print, events, outdoor, etcRunning campaigns day-to-day and reporting KPIsUnderstanding brand requirements and ensuring activity is executed within brand guidelinesEnsuring that all campaigns are compliant with all relevant legislation, guidelines, policies and corporate governance.Managing team resources in an efficient way including budgetsNegotiating with Agencies and processing purchase orders and invoices via appropriate systemsAdvocating marketing as a discipline and promoting modern techniquesImagining the new as well as rapidly evolving something that...
