Having secured £60mil in funding, my client is taking their vision of transforming London's internet for the 21st Century. Supported by a leading Infrastructure PE firm and dovetailing with the Mayor of London's office, they're laying their own network providing fibre connectivity to Zone 1.

2019 will see the business grow by 700%, with significant investment in the Commercial arm of the business.
As a Sales Manager - Telco you will lead and inspire the outbound team to over deliver against revenue targets. As a team in its infancy you will need to mentor and develop them into high flyers.
Leveraging your experience within growing businesses, you will help them assess key performance indicators to introduce structure to their activities leading to achievement of growth targets.
As an expanding business, expect to be hiring and evangelising the internal opportunities; lucrative incentive plans and competitive salaries will help, but your team should be motivated by disrupting the industry and the impact you have on life in Zone 1.
To be considered for the position of Sales Manager - Telco you should be able to demonstrate:
- Track record in delivering a team's revenue targets.
- Building successful teams around you.
- Experience within the telecommunications space is preferred but not essential.

£50,000-£65,000 Basic Salary
