I am currently recruiting for a Fundraising Administrator on a permanent part time basis. The role will involve working 20 hours per week and the company in question are flexible on the days worked. The company is based in Coventry and are offering a generous benefits package.

Purpose of the role: Working closely with the fundraising and communications departments the Fundraising Administrator will plan, co-ordinate and implement the departments activities in order to meet the company aims and objectives. The Fundraising Administrator is responsible for carrying out a range of tasks to ensure that the day to day running of the fundraising and communications work is maintained.

Main responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for fundraising department and communicate all queries received to the relevant stakeholders

Implementing procedures for the smooth running of the fundraising and communications teams

Liaising and working with the Business Support Manager on ensuring that records are kept of suppliers including providers of external fundraising support

Maintaining and managing office stock of literature, promotional materials, stationery and merchandise

Responding to thanking and recording enquiries/donations from the public/supporters/organisations

Managing the diary of the team

Preparing future e-newsletters with mailing list updates to ensure communication is maintained and logged on the CRM

Helping to support and organise company events and fundraising activities

Person specification:

IT Literate

Able to prioritise your own workload

Ability to produce reports and analyse information

Ability to work with minimal supervision
