About the role:
Encouraging maximum independence, you will provide assistance with physical and personal care and support customers with daily living tasks and activities. Disability affects everyone differently and you will provide person centred support to ensure the needs of our customers are met in positive ways. It’s a job that can be challenging at times, but this is balanced by the unrivalled sense of long-term satisfaction it also gives. - You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience although experience of providing personal care is advantageous.
- You will however, need plenty of enthusiasm and passion for our work.
- Experience of driving and holding a clean driver’s licence is desirable.
