Our client is a well-established business in South Wales which has been growing for over 15 years. John Ross Associates are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to sell a diverse range of products and tailored solutions across the South Wales and South West regions.
The successful candidate will be required to have their own drivers’ licence and transport
You will be joining the business during an exciting time with new products, investment and IT services being rolled out this year.
The position will offer full training throughout your employment in addition to full support, personal development and progression from year 1.This is a stable, family-orientated and professional company looking to invest heavily in their next BDM whom have won multiple awards for quality of service and investing in their staff.
·Stable B2B sales experience/history - no job hopping
·Ideally have sold a tailored solution / product or service
·New business focussed but with excellent account management skills
·Ideally educated to graduate level

Salary & Application
The starting salary for this position will be between £22,000 and £25,000 (flexible for outstanding applicants) per annum with commission, bonus, an array of perks and incentives, ISO standard training and ongoing progression throughout the company.
