General purpose of the job

Responsible for dealing with incoming sales enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities ensuring the customer demands are met and the best customer service is given at all times. Reporting directly to the Office Supervisor.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities

  • Raise Sales Quotations
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Daily Stock Checks
  • Handle Customer Queries
  • Telesales to lapsed / existing customers
  • Handle Postage/Franking
  • Archive Daily
  • Provide Support to the Sales Managers
  • Carry out any ad hoc Administrative Duties
  • Handle incoming sales calls
  • Comply with ISO protocols
  • Comply with company protocols
  • Update Admin Trackers
  • Manage Back Orders
  • Manage POD’s
  • Key Account Management
  • Process Returns
  • Handling Export Sales
  • Meet & Greet
  • Providing cover to colleagues

Excel - intermediate

SAP - desirable

HOURS: 8.30am - 5.00pm
