Here at BD Winnersh's Global Customer Services (GCS) department, we are looking to recruit an Order management Team Leader to manage a team of Senior Analysts, coordinates the activities of the team and drives improvements. The Senior analysts are overseeing a portfolio of International customers, processing orders and supporting all transactional activities related to our Dispensing solutions.

he Order Management Team Leader will have responsiblity of the following duties.

  • Manage the team: ensure effective staffing level, maintain training plans and manage employee performance.

  • Receive, monitor, respond and resolve internal and external escalations.

  • Propose Operational metrics to measure our performance.

  • Monitor Service contract expiration to ensure Service Revenue continuity.

  • Become system subject matter expert, support all system evolution and support the change across the organisation.

  • Complete daily tasks as part of the team, act as back up as needed.

  • Monitor staff moral and escalate or act if necessary.

  • The associate should ensure all relevant processes are performed per internal SOP’s and Service documentation.

  • He / She will adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols.

  • Overall coordination of the daily activities of the team to ensure effective service to customers and timely delivery of our Dispensing solutions to Implementation teams.

  • Close collaboration and engagement with the GCS Managers, Country Business Leaders, Sales teams, Sales operations, Supply Chain and Quality to allow timely processing Customer orders and effective revenue generation.

  • Process and methodology support to design standardized processes and ensure accurate use of our system infrastructure (LOTS, SAP CRM, ServiceMax).

  • Active involvement to any project involving Dispensing order management.

  • Build action plans & lead resolution of all structural issues.

  • Perfect command of English. Another language is a plus.

  • Business administration Degree or relevant internal experience.

  • Proven experience in Order Management or Supply Chain in International environment.

  • Supervisory experience.

    10% travel within the region will be required.
