Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger

Your new company
Your new company is an IT Services organisation looking for a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team.

Your new role
Your new role has the purpose of the maintenance of the purchase ledger, processing invoices, preparing payment runs and resolving any supplier queries.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Posting invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Query resolution

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to have existing accounts payable experience, be proactive and enthusiastic and keen to become part of a growing and developing team. This role involves high volumes of invoice processing so will require experience of on average 100 per day.
