We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work within our clients Liverpool Office.
Successful candidate should possess at least one years experience working within a busy office environment. Someone who has worked within a Legal Firm or Debt Collection Agency would be suited to the role, although this is not a requirement.
Good telephone manner and accurate typing and letter writing skills with >35wpm is essential. Some audio typing experience would be advantageous, however is not a requirement. An understanding of debt collection would also be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and informative letters to our many clients who, in the main, are Solicitors. They will be responsible for dealing with matters over the telephone and updating information on our database, together with other general administration duties, including but not limited to preparing post, scanning, filing and running errands.
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9am and 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
Salary exceeds National Minimum Wage.
