Insurance Business Partner
I am delighted to be working with a highly regarded, highly reputable insurance business in Hampshire who are looking for a sales professional to join as a Business Partner of this particular branch.
You will join an existing and thriving business where everything is set up and ready to go - the office has a portfolio of existing business and a large number of prospective clients to be further developed. If you have had exposure to the commercial and HNW insurance markets then this will be beneficial to you adding to the strategic success of the business.
This is a role where you will actively grow the business via personal business development as well as managing the staff team to ensure they achieve your goals and ambitions for the business both in sales and customer service in business retention.
The ideal person will have an entrepreneurial approach and a hunger to deliver new business is a must for this ambitious business, and will ultimately reap the rewards of this. The role will be split between business development, client relationships, and management of staff, operations and strategy. In return for this, the company are offering a competitive OTE for this role within the market and the right person has the opportunity to be significantly rewarded for their skills and effort.
