Senior Purchase Ledger - Loughborough - £20,000 - £23,000

Chase and Holland are happy to be partnering a business in Loughborough looking to recruit a Senior Purchase Ledger. As the Senior Purchase Ledger, you will have two people who will assist with the Purchase Ledger duties. This is a busy fast pace role where you will need to lead by example. This is a great business with a real family feel to it. You are encouraged to make a difference and add real value.

Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Production of BACS payments
  • Purchase Ledger bank statements
  • Approve invoices with Call Offs
  • Approves Invoices with Nominal Codes
  • Allocating payments made to suppliers
  • Correcting errors on registered invoices
  • Correcting payment error

Key Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum 2/3 years purchase ledger experience
  • Good phone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate, with basic Excel skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
