We repair and maintain around 15% of the social homes in the UK and we are increasingly focused on providing broader, affordable housing solutions.
Within this role, you will coordinate the day to day administration and works with in Planned Team work stream, monitor timescales on projects and to act as a point of contact for the client. You will prepare hand-over packs and all relevant paperwork pre and post works and will process payments and provide administrative support to the Senior Contract Manager. You will also ensure that all procedures are being undertaken in total compliance with Company operating instructions.

You will have the following attributes and key skills:
- Must have experience with working on computerised systems, data entry and calculations.
- Strong communication skill, both written and verbally.
- Knowledge of operating in a capital works contracting environment
- Knowledge/experience of social housing would be desirable
This is a fast paced environment and as the Project Coordinator, you must provide maximum support towards multiple functions within the branch. As well as ensuring all issues with regards to tenants are sent to the correct team. Furthermore, experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment is important, coupled with previous coordination experience.
