Major Loss Accountant
Major & Complex Loss Division of expanding national loss adjusting practice seeks national major loss accountant to support an expanding team of adjusters that deals exclusively with commercial losses in excess of £100,000. You will be required to work nationally providing technical advice and guidance to colleagues in respect of complex BI and stock related issues, but you will also have the opportunity to deal with some specialist risks such as fidelity guarantee and professional indemnity.
Candidates must essentially be professionally qualified as an Accountant through ACA, ACCA or CIMA and have a background of working either for a loss adjusting practice or within a forensic accounting business that is involved in insurance related work. This is a high profile position and is ideally suited to an individual who is frustrated through a lack of opportunity within their current employ. The package is flexible to enable our client to consider people at all levels, but the basic salary is likely to be up to £70,000 plus bonus, car/allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
