About the role

Our Client are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their Financial Services sales team based in London. Responsible for selling encompass solutions to Tier 1 and 2 banks within a predefined set of accounts to deliver and exceed sales targets and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

  • To exceed new business revenue targets within a predefined target list

  • To exceed KPI’s on a regular and consistent basis

  • Create, nurture and manage your sales pipeline (5 x target)

  • Accurate forecasting on a weekly basis

  • Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and be a subject matter expert

  • Maintain an excellent level of market knowledge and be a trusted advisor

  • Work closely with internal colleagues including EVP Global Sales, Head of Sales and Product Managers

  • Develop account plans for strategic accounts in your portfolio

  • Maintain daily

Requirements for the role and your experience

  • 3+ years of successful software sales
  • 5+ years successful experience in 100% new business focused role
  • Experience selling in to Financial Services - ideally KYC / AML / Risk solutions
  • Consultative sales professional
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Positive mental attitude and natural curiosity
  • You will naturally demonstrate energy, desire and accountability
  • You are looking to grow and take the next step in your career and be part of something exciting and rewarding
  • Proficient in using MS Office and
