Inspire have services in Shropshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire and Yorkshire, we specialise in providing excellent residential children’s services supporting children and young people with physical and/or learning disabilities. At Daisybrook we pride ourselves on providing an integrated approach, collaborating with specialists from health and education sectors in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. We are proud to say that Daisybrook is rated 'Good’ following a recent Ofsted inspection.

Daisybrook is our largest home, with 10 bedrooms we provide long term settled care for up to 8 children and a short break service for up to 2 children at a time. Our support worker staff work various shift patterns, including, 6am to 10am, 7am to 2pm, 2pm to 8pm and 3pm to 9pm. Our dedicated waking night staff work from 9pm to 9am. We are looking for staff that can be flexible and are happy to work weekends on a rota basis.

We provide specialist support for our young people who have learning and or physical disabilities, complex health needs, autism and challenging behaviour. Our team at Daisybrook focuses on developing skills and providing opportunities for every young person to experience stability, a sense of belonging and the ability to explore and celebrate their own identity.

Our young people at Daisybrook have varied likes and interests, they enjoy cooking, gardening, arts and crafts and they enjoy planning a varied and exciting weekly menu, with foods from around the world, this does include the occasional takeaway!

All of our staff are enrolled onto a level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and are fully trained so that they excel and progress, with our full support, in their chosen career at CareTech.
