Are you team coordinator or personal assistant who is feeling undervalued? Are you an office manager looking for a change of scenery? An amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented office manager to join a flourishing team of Architects at their Southwark based offices.

With an international profile with a focus on large scale residential schemes, the London studio is undergoing a period of growth and are in need of an organised and outgoing office manager to work alongside the directors. A background in either architecture or interior design is preferred along with the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management for X2 directors
  • Answering the phone and directing calls
  • Ordering office supplies and computer equipment as required
  • Liaising with HR and finance teams (located in international office)
  • HR duties - recruitment, appraisals and salary reviews
  • Main point of contact for building management and external IT supplier
  • Assisting with social media and presentations

Skills:

  • Previous experience of working in an Architectural/ design practice in a support role
  • Proven experience of Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Photoshop/ InDesign skills are advantageous but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of Union Square systems
