An exciting new part time position to join Mayflexs Customer Service team as an International Customer Service Advisor!

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: £Competitive

About the role:

The Customer Services Advisor is responsible for delivering high quality post sales support to all Mayflex internal and external customers. The Customer Services Advisor manages incidents and takes responsibility for the necessary corrective actions to reach successful resolution.

Working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, however it is desirable that the successful candidate could work full time until 5th August.


- Logs all customer telephone / email queries
- Details text with concise notes / actions
- Deals with replacement orders
- Arranges the return of incorrect / damaged / faulty items
- Applies coding lines to each incident
- Tracks deliveries with couriers
- Works towards the reduction of open incidents
- Processes email queries from internal and external customers

About you:

- At least one-year Customer Services background
- Educated to GCSE Level - English and Maths at Grade C or above
- Have a proven track record of successfully resolving customer queries and issues by telephone
- Similar industry background preferred
- Flexibility to work additional days as required would be advantageous
- Be fluent in French with Spanish desirable
