We have an opportunity for a Handyperson to join our team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and high-quality handyperson service, helping to make our Neighbourhoods safe and well managed places where people want to live.
You will carry out fire alarm bell testing and emergency light testing in our communal areas, this includes triggering and resetting alarm bells, testing the emergency lighting on a regular basis, recording the tests in an onsite log book and reporting any faults on the system or lights that fail or require replacing to our contact centre.
You will have experience of working in a customer orientated environment and working in occupied properties, working as part of a team and or on own initiative when necessary.
Above all you put our customers at the heart of all you do, providing excellent customer service.
You will hold a full current UK driving licence.
