We don’t expect you to know our products and solutions off the bat. We’ll help bring you up to speed on what we do and how we do it. The experience we hope you’ll bring
Of course, it would be great if you had experience of working in the recruitment industry. But, we also want to hear from people that have experienced corporate life in any area.
If you have previous experience in Sales or Marketing then great, but its more about how you learn. The enthusiasm you can bring to the role. Being comfortable using the telephone and direct mailing and connecting with people through sites like LinkedIn.
The results we’re looking for from this role
This role is about increasing the awareness of Kelly as a business, connecting with people who are recruiting and creating conversations. We want this person to help us make connections between people and their work. For us to do that we need clients to register job openings and meet with our consultants to talk about the solutions we can provide. Adding value to their business.
