At Aster, we believe that work isn’t somewhere you go, it’s something you do, and we trust our colleagues to make their own decisions about what is best for them. When we talk about flexibility, we don’t just mean flexible working in the traditional sense. We’re challenging the norms of the normal workplace culture and focusing instead on our people achieving agreed outcomes in support of our wider corporate strategy. Being recognised recently by Mumsnet as a ‘Family Friendly’ company acknowledges how our approach can make a real difference to the way our people work.

Our roles allow teams/individuals the flexibility to work in locations that best suit their needs. Travel is required across our key locations including our offices in Andover, Devizes, Wells and Wareham.
