Customer Service Assistant - Reception
About the role
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Reception.
You will provide an effective and efficient reception service to all customers, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Ensuring an effective service delivery of the companies’ incoming and outgoing mail.
To work effectively with the Reception team and all colleagues to provide administrative support across the business.
You will have experience of office based administrative procedures and practices and of working with customers both face to face and on the telephone.
You will have basic experience using Microsoft products including Word, Access, Excel and outlook.
Have a clear understanding of the importance of customer service.
Flexible with working hours – attending meetings – evening and weekends as required
And the ability to travel locally and regionally when required and with notice
